Services
Product sourcing, inspections & retention — all in one partner.
Use us for one stage, or plug in the full sourcing, inspections and retention stack as your supply chain grows.
Three services, one joined-up process
Most brands don’t just need a factory list. They need help turning an idea into a production-ready product, keeping quality under control, and building relationships that actually last.
That’s why our work is split into three services—sourcing, inspections and retention— that can be used separately or together.
Where we plug in
- Sourcing – when you need reliable factories, not guesswork.
- Inspections – when you can’t afford quality surprises.
- Retention – when you want your best suppliers to stick.
Pricing is kept simple with 3 tiers that match your stage: Launch, Growth and Enterprise.
Service 1
1. Sourcing
We turn a vague idea (“I want a premium candle line” or “I need a better version of this product”) into vetted, production-ready suppliers in Europe, China, India or wider Asia.
What’s included
- Product brief & feasibility check (specs, certifications, target landed cost)
- Supplier research in Europe, China, India and wider Asia
- Shortlisting 3–7 serious factories with pros/cons and quotes
- Sample coordination, feedback and improvement loops
- Quote comparison with landed cost guidance (not just FOB)
Perfect for
- Brands launching a new product or category
- Importers changing regions or consolidating suppliers
- Retailers building or refreshing private-label ranges
Outcomes
- A realistic sourcing plan for your product
- A small, focused list of factories to move forward with
- A clear view of cost vs quality trade-offs by region

2. Inspections
Quality issues are cheaper to fix at the factory than in your warehouse. We inspect in person (or via trusted inspectors) with clear, visual reports you can make decisions from.
Types of inspections
- Pre-production checks (materials, tooling, first articles)
- During production (random sampling while goods are made)
- Pre-shipment inspections (AQL-based, with pass/fail threshold)
- Loading supervision for containers or trucks
Where we operate
- On-the-ground capability in Europe, China, India and wider Asia
- Blend of in-house visits and proven local partners
Deliverables
- Photo/video report of products, defects and packaging
- Clear pass/fail recommendation with context
- Defect breakdown by type and severity
- Supplier action items and follow-up plan
You can book inspections as standalone engagements or as part of a broader Launch, Growth or Enterprise package.
Standalone Service
Factory Visit & Video Walkthrough
For buyers who already have a supplier but need trusted eyes on the ground. We visit the factory in person, record a full walkthrough, review capabilities and run basic quality checks so you know who you’re dealing with before placing or scaling an order.
What’s included
- 1–2 hour on-site visit to your chosen factory
- Full video walkthrough (production line, machines, materials, storage)
- Photos of processes, packaging and any visible issues
- Basic quality checks on samples or in-progress goods
- Verification of key claims (capacity, certifications, staff count)
Perfect for
- A new supplier you want to verify before sending money
- Existing suppliers you want to check up on unannounced
- Brands wanting visual proof of real production capability
Deliverables
- Full HD video walkthrough of the factory
- Photo pack of processes, defects and environment
- Short summary report with concerns and recommendations
- Optional add-ons: AQL sampling, deeper QC checks, urgent visits
This service is booked separately from our sourcing tiers and is ideal as a low-commitment first engagement before larger projects.
Service 3
3. Retention
Once you’ve found a great supplier, the real work begins. Retention keeps relationships healthy, performance improving and your brand at the front of the production queue.
Ongoing support
- Regular calls with factories and clear follow-up notes
- Tracking OTIF (on-time, in-full), quality and pricing trends
- Escalating issues before they become critical
- Suggesting improvements to specs, packaging and processes
Why it matters
- Better treatment during busy seasons when capacity is tight
- Faster resolution when something goes wrong
- Higher willingness from factories to invest in your brand
- Less supplier churn and fewer “emergency” changes
Retention works best when combined with structured inspections and realistic expectations on both sides.
