Factory Visit

£450–£650 per visit

Standalone on-site verification with video walkthrough.

Best if you:

  • Already have a supplier and want verification
  • Need eyes on a factory before placing an order
  • Want a neutral assessment of capability and quality

Includes

  • 1–2 hour on-site visit
  • Full HD video walkthrough
  • Photos of production, materials and environment
  • Basic QC checks on samples or in-progress goods
  • Short written summary with concerns & recommendations

Travel fees may apply for remote locations. Upgrades available for deeper QC sampling or AQL-based inspections.

All pricing is indicative and subject to final scope, product complexity and region. We’ll always confirm a fixed or capped fee—or a clear percentage structure—before work starts.

Our pricing includes time on the ground and inspection work. Out-of-pocket travel costs (flights, hotels, long-distance transport) are either included in a fixed project price or agreed separately in advance, depending on the project.

Yes. Many clients start with a Launch project on one product, then move to Growth or a retainer once we’ve proven the value and understand your supply base better.

By default we work on clear project or retainer fees. For higher-volume brands, we can instead structure our fee as a small percentage (typically 3–5%) of the orders we actively manage, with no hidden commissions from factories. That keeps incentives aligned with your long-term quality and landed cost.

That’s common—especially for complex or multi-region setups. We’ll map your project, then either adapt a tier or design a simple custom scope so you know exactly what’s included and how we’ll charge for it.
